By downloading, accessing, or using the Crazy Cars app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
The App is provided by Crazy Cars ("Company") and is intended for use by individuals seeking to rent vehicles from our fleet. Users must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Registration: To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Eligibility: You must meet all eligibility criteria, including age and driving record requirements, as specified in our rental policies.
- Payment: All rentals must be paid for using a valid payment method. Additional charges may apply for late returns, damages, or violations of the rental agreement.
- Vehicle Use: You agree to use the rented vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and the terms of the rental agreement. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to subleasing the vehicle, is prohibited.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers or networks connected to the App.
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Crazy Cars and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without Crazy Cars’ prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crazy Cars shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or the rental services.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Queensland, and not in a court of law.
Crazy Cars reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
